No Skills/Weird Experience Percent Bug10

I logged on and my experience is way above 100% and no skills are learned, not even basic skills. All the skills in the skill window [not shown] are greyed out. :/
I think this happened to Shaun last time too.

Its because God hates Sins (LOL, that actually makes sense) and their pets.
